VSD Audit & Assurance Co., Ltd. was honored to participate as an invited speaker at the 12th Business Talk organized by the National University of Management (NUM) on 28 March 2026, under the theme “Corporate Compliance and Governance: Showcase of Business Strategies & Operations.” The event was held at the Conference Hall, Building B, NUM (Wat Phnom Campus), with participation from professors, entrepreneurs, legal professionals, and approximately 200 students.
During the session, VSD shared practical perspectives on corporate compliance, governance frameworks, and how businesses can align strategy with operational effectiveness while meeting regulatory requirements.
The discussion highlighted the importance of strong governance structures, ethical leadership, effective internal controls, and compliance culture in supporting sustainable business growth and long-term organizational success.
