Currently, we are looking for many qualified and motivated candidates to join our teams in various
positions as below:
1. Senior Associates (2 positions)
Requirement
- A university degree in accounting, finance, or other related fields, or holding or pursuing professional qualifications such as CAT, ACCA, CPA, or Cambodia ATQ/CPA would be preferrable.
- 2 to 3 years experiences in audit job
- Knowledge about approved accounting standards in Cambodia (CIFRS for SMEs, CIFRS and CFRS for NFPEs)
- Proficiency in the use of computers
- Ability to speak Chinese or other languages is an added advantage.
- An excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Strong organisational, time management, and analytical and problem-solving skill

Job description
- Assists the Engagement Manager during the engagement acceptance and re-acceptance procedures.
- Works closely with the Engagement Manager to ensure that the audit planning, execution, and completion strictly follow VSD’s audit methodology.
- Identify potential Clients or identify any potential services from existing Clients.
- Directly supervises staff working under him/her.
- Supervises the audit associates and ensures work is consistent with the approved work programs.
- Perform job evaluations and provide feedback to all Associates on time.
- Conduct audit fieldwork
- Closely interact with clients
- Draft audit report and management letter
- Other tasks as required by the management
2. Audit Associates (5 positions)
Requirement
- University degree, preferably in Auditing/Accounting or business-related fields
- Fresh graduate or a minimum of one year of recent external audit service and dealing in teamwork.
- Good working knowledge of Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and searching skills.
- Good comment in English.
- High commitment toward job objectives

Job description
- Performs audit work at the Client’s office for the assigned audit cycles; follows audit techniques suggested and considers work paper documentation required by managers/senior associates in documenting the audit work done.
- Report to managers/senior associates any audit/accounting issues noted for a client and discuss/propose alternative solutions to the issue noted.
- Ensures that all overtime work is pre-approved by managers/senior associates by completing an overtime form sheet.
- Resolves all audit partner/manager/senior associate review notes.
- Documents all audit procedures before signing off on the approved audit program.
- Ensure that the audit work is completed with quality consistent with VSD’s audit methodology within the timeline set by the senior.
- Conducts himself/herself professionally and liaises with Client’s middle management for smooth flow of audit work
- Maintains a good working relationship with the Client
3. Audit Intern (5 positions)
Requirement
- Year 4th students or fresh graduate, preferably in Auditing/Accounting or business-related fields
- Good working knowledge of Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and searching skills.
- Good comment in English.

- 2-to-3-year experiences in accounting and tax job
- Knowledge about preparation of monthly tax returns and E-filing
- Knowledge about accounting software such as QuickBooks
- Proficiency in the use of computers
- Ability to speak Chinese or other languages is an added advantage.

- Conducting monthly tax returns and E-filing and accounting advisory
- Monitoring the update of tax and accounting regulation and reporting to Manager
- Prepare reconciliation for the account and fixed assets.
- Maintain accounting files, ordering supplies and documentation.
- Advice and support accounting team
- Ensure accurate, complete and timely month-end and year-end close of financial report.
- Directly supervises staff working under him/her.
- Perform job evaluations and provide feedback to all Associates on time.
