With over 9 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, and tax compliance, Meta Kong has developed strong expertise in managing accounting and tax functions across professional services, education, and commercial sectors. He has progressed from accounting associate to finance manager, gaining practical experience in IFRS for SMEs reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and strengthening internal controls. His experience includes preparing reliable financial statements, managing tax compliance, coordinating audits, and improving financial processes to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Meta’s structured and disciplined approach supports organizations in maintaining financial transparency, managing tax obligations effectively, and strengthening confidence in financial information.

She has progressed from audit junior to audit manager, demonstrating strong technical capability in audit planning, risk assessment, and financial statement review in compliance with Full IFRS, CIFRS for SMEs, ISAs, ISQM 1, and ISQM 2. Fary has led audit teams, reviewed complex working papers, and supported clients in strengthening internal controls and financial reporting quality. Her structured and analytical approach enhances financial transparency, manages risks effectively, and strengthens confidence in financial information.
