class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u7a0e\u52a1\u5408\u89c4\u9700\u8981\u9002\u5f53\u7684\u4e13\u4e1a\u77e5\u8bc6\u3001\u51c6\u786e\u7684\u6587\u4ef6\u8bb0\u5f55\u4ee5\u53ca\u4e0e\u7a0e\u52a1\u673a\u5173\u7684\u53ca\u65f6\u6c9f\u901a\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u8bb8\u591a\u5b9e\u4f53\u8058\u8bf7\u4e13\u4e1a\u670d\u52a1\u63d0\u4f9b\u5546\u6765\u534f\u52a9\u5c65\u884c\u5176\u7a0e\u52a1\u4e49\u52a1\u3002. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u670d\u52a1\u63d0\u4f9b\u5546\u5145\u5f53\u7a0e\u52a1\u4ee3\u7406\uff0c\u8be5\u5b9e\u4f53\u5e94\u5f53\u6838\u5b9e\u8be5\u670d\u52a1\u63d0\u4f9b\u5546\u6301\u6709\u603b\u7a0e\u52a1\u5c40\uff08\u201cGDT\u201d\uff09\u9881\u53d1\u7684\u6709\u6548\u7a0e\u52a1\u4ee3\u7406\u6267\u7167\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/vsdkh.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/List-of-Authorized-Tax-Agents-in-Cambodia-2026.pdf\">\u8bf7\u70b9\u51fb\u6b64\u5904\u4e0b\u8f7d 2025 \u5e74\u6388\u6743\u7a0e\u52a1\u4ee3\u7406\u4eba\u540d\u5355\u3002.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/vsdkh.com\/zh\/%e7%a8%8e%e6%94%b6\/\">\u70b9\u51fb\u8fd9\u91cc\u67e5\u770b\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u7a0e\u52a1\u670d\u52a1\uff01<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u7406\u89e3\u6388\u6743\u7a0e\u52a1\u4ee3\u7406\u7684\u89d2\u8272<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u7ecf\u6d4e\u4e0e\u8d22\u653f\u90e8\u7b2c230\u53f7\u90e8\u4ee4\uff08Prakas\uff09\u7b2c3\u6761\u5c06\u7a0e\u52a1\u670d\u52a1\u4ee3\u7406\u4eba\u5b9a\u4e49\u4e3a\u83b7\u5f97\u7a0e\u52a1\u7ba1\u7406\u90e8\u95e8\u9881\u53d1\u7684\u7a0e\u52a1\u4ee3\u7406\u6267\u7167\u7684\u4eba\u5458\u3002\u8be5\u90e8\u4ee4\u4e3a\u5bfb\u6c42\u5728\u67ec\u57d4\u5be8\u63d0\u4f9b\u7a0e\u52a1\u4ee3\u7406\u670d\u52a1\u7684\u4eba\u5458\u8bbe\u5b9a\u4e86\u89c4\u5b9a\u7684\u6761\u4ef6\u548c\u8bb8\u53ef\u7a0b\u5e8f\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u6388\u6743\u7a0e\u52a1\u4ee3\u7406\u505a\u4e9b\u4ec0\u4e48\uff1f<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u7ecf\u6388\u6743\u7684\u7a0e\u52a1\u4ee3\u7406\u5728\u7eb3\u7a0e\u4eba\u6388\u4e88\u7684\u6743\u9650\u4ee5\u53ca\u90e8\u957f\u5730\u5e73\uff08Prakas\uff09\u786e\u5b9a\u7684\u76d1\u7ba1\u6846\u67b6\u5185\u63d0\u4f9b\u7a0e\u52a1\u4ee3\u7406\u670d\u52a1\u3002\u8be5\u90e8\u957f\u5730\u5e73\uff08Prakas\uff09\u7ba1\u8f96\u4ee3\u7406\u4eba\u7684\u8bb8\u53ef\u3001\u804c\u8d23\u548c\u884c\u4e3a\uff0c\u5e76\u89c4\u5b9a\u4e86\u4e0e\u7eb3\u7a0e\u4eba\u53ca\u5176\u4ed6\u76f8\u5173\u4eba\u5458\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u8d23\u4efb\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u7279\u522b\u662f\u7b2c9\u6761\u89c4\u5b9a\u4e86\u7a0e\u52a1\u4ee3\u7406\u4eba\u7684\u804c\u8d23\uff0c\u800c\u7b2c11\u6761\u81f3\u7b2c15\u6761\u5219\u6d89\u53ca\u6267\u7167\u7684\u6709\u6548\u671f\u4e0e\u7eed\u671f\u3001\u6682\u505c\u6216\u540a\u9500\u3001\u6267\u7167\u8d39\u7528\u3001\u6ce8\u9500\u6216\u64a4\u56de\u4ee5\u53ca\u5904\u7f5a\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u89c4\u5b9a\u5c06\u6388\u6743\u4ee3\u7406\u4eba\u7f6e\u4e8e\u7531\u4ee5\u4e0b\u673a\u6784\u7ba1\u7406\u7684\u6b63\u5f0f\u76d1\u7ba1\u4e0e\u6267\u6cd5\u6846\u67b6\u5185\uff1a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tax.gov.kh\/en\">GDT<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u7b2c11\u6761\u89c4\u5b9a\uff0c\u7a0e\u52a1\u4ee3\u7406\u6267\u7167\u7684\u6709\u6548\u671f\u4e3a\u4e24\u5e74\u3002\u7eed\u671f\u7533\u8bf7\u5fc5\u987b\u5728\u6267\u7167\u5230\u671f\u524d\u81f3\u5c1130\u5929\u63d0\u4ea4\u3002\u8be5\u90e8\u95e8\u89c4\u7ae0\u8fd8\u5141\u8bb8\u5728\u7279\u5b9a\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\u6682\u505c\u6216\u540a\u9500\u6267\u7167\uff0c\u5e76\u5728\u9002\u7528\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\u89c4\u5b9a\u4e86\u5904\u7f5a\u63aa\u65bd\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u4e3a\u4ec0\u4e48\u5b9e\u4f53\u53ea\u80fd\u9009\u62e9\u7ecf\u6388\u6743\u7684\u7a0e\u52a1\u4ee3\u7406\uff1f<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. \u6cd5\u5f8b\u6388\u6743<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u6709\u6548\u724c\u7167\u8bc1\u660e\u8be5\u670d\u52a1\u5546\u5df2\u83b7\u5f97\u7a0e\u52a1\u603b\u5c40\uff08GDT\uff09\u6388\u6743\uff0c\u53ef\u4f5c\u4e3a\u7a0e\u52a1\u4ee3\u7406\u673a\u6784\u8fd0\u8425\u3002\u9009\u62e9\u65e0\u7167\u670d\u52a1\u5546\u5c06\u7ed5\u8fc7\u7b2c230\u53f7\u90e8\u95e8\u89c4\u7ae0\uff08Prakas\uff09\u6240\u5efa\u7acb\u7684\u8bb8\u53ef\u6846\u67b6\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. \u76d1\u7ba1\u95ee\u8d23\u5236<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u7ecf\u6388\u6743Tax Agents\u987b\u5c65\u884c\u89c4\u5b9a\u7684\u804c\u8d23\u3001\u9075\u5b88\u4e24\u5e74\u671f\u724c\u7167\u671f\u9650\u3001\u7eed\u671f\u8981\u6c42\u3001\u603b\u7a0e\u52a1\u5c40\uff08GDT\uff09\u76d1\u7ba1\u3001\u6682\u505c\u6216\u540a\u9500\u89c4\u5b9a\u4ee5\u53ca\u672c\u300a\u90e8\u95e8\u89c4\u7ae0\u300b\uff08Prakas\uff09\u89c4\u5b9a\u7684\u5904\u7f5a\u3002\u76f8\u6bd4\u4f7f\u7528\u65e0\u724c\u7167\u7684\u670d\u52a1\u5546\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e3a\u76d1\u7ba1\u95ee\u8d23\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u66f4\u6e05\u6670\u7684\u4f9d\u636e\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. \u53ef\u9a8c\u8bc1\u7684\u8bb8\u53ef\u8bc1\u72b6\u6001<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u56fd\u5bb6\u7a0e\u52a1\u603b\u5c40\uff08GDT\uff09\u7684\u901a\u77e5\u901a\u8fc7\u5176\u6cd5\u5b9a\u540d\u79f0\u3001\u7eb3\u7a0e\u4eba\u8bc6\u522b\u53f7\uff08\u201cTIN\u201d\uff09\u548c\u7a0e\u52a1\u4ee3\u7406\u8bb8\u53ef\u8bc1\u53f7\u6765\u8bc6\u522b\u6bcf\u4e2a\u6388\u6743\u4ee3\u7406\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u8be6\u7ec6\u4fe1\u606f\u4f7f\u7eb3\u7a0e\u4eba\u80fd\u591f\u786e\u8ba4\u4e1a\u52a1\u59d4\u6258\u4e66\u3001\u53d1\u7968\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u6587\u4ef6\u4e2d\u6307\u5b9a\u7684\u63d0\u4f9b\u5546\u662f\u7ecfGDT\u8bb8\u53ef\u7684\u540c\u4e00\u6cd5\u4eba\u5b9e\u4f53\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. \u4fdd\u62a4\u7eb3\u7a0e\u4eba\u5408\u89c4\u6d41\u7a0b<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u8be5\u90e8\u95e8\u89c4\u7ae0\u5206\u522b\u89c4\u5b9a\u4e86\u7eb3\u7a0e\u4eba\u548c\u7a0e\u52a1\u4ee3\u7406\u7684\u76f8\u5173\u8d23\u4efb\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4e00\u9879\u7a33\u5065\u7684\u6cbb\u7406\u63aa\u65bd\uff0c\u4f01\u4e1a\u5e94\u7ee7\u7eed\u5bf9\u5176\u63d0\u4f9b\u7ed9\u4ee3\u7406\u7684\u4fe1\u606f\u8fdb\u884c\u5ba1\u6838\uff0c\u4fdd\u7559\u5bf9\u7a0e\u52a1\u7533\u62a5\u7684\u9002\u5f53\u5ba1\u6279\u6743\uff0c\u5e76\u59a5\u5584\u4fdd\u5b58\u5b8c\u6574\u7684\u652f\u6301\u6027\u8bb0\u5f55\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u67ec\u57d4\u5be82026\u5e74\u5b98\u65b9\u6388\u6743\u7a0e\u52a1\u4ee3\u7406\u540d\u5355<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u968f\u9644\u7684 GDT\uff08\u7a0e\u52a1\u603b\u5c40\uff09\u901a\u77e5\u516c\u5e03\u4e86\u88ab\u8bb0\u5f55\u4e3a\u5df2\u83b7\u5f97\u7a0e\u52a1\u4ee3\u7406\u6267\u7167\u7684\u516c\u53f8\u548c\u4f01\u4e1a\u7684\u540d\u79f0\u3002\u8be5\u8868\u683c\u660e\u786e\u58f0\u660e\u622a\u81f3 2025 \u5e74 11 \u6708 17 \u65e5\u6709\u6548\uff0c\u5e76\u5305\u542b\u4ee5\u4e0b\u4fe1\u606f\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u516c\u53f8\u6216\u4f01\u4e1a\u7684\u67ec\u57d4\u5be8\u8bed\u548c\u82f1\u8bed\u540d\u79f0\uff1b;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u7a0e\u52a1\u8bc6\u522b\u53f7\uff1b\u4ee5\u53ca<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u7a0e\u52a1\u4ee3\u7406\u8bb8\u53ef\u8bc1\u53f7.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u8be5\u901a\u77e5\u5305\u542b 389 \u6761\u8bb0\u5f55\u3002\u7531\u4e8e\u8bb8\u53ef\u8bc1\u7684\u6709\u6548\u671f\u4e3a\u4e24\u5e74\uff0c\u4e14\u968f\u540e\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u8fdb\u884c\u66f4\u65b0\u3001\u6682\u505c\u3001\u540a\u9500\u3001\u53d6\u6d88\u6216\u64a4\u9500\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u5728\u5b9e\u4f53\u4efb\u547d\u6216\u7eed\u8058\u7a0e\u52a1\u4ee3\u7406\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u5e94\u6838\u5b9e\u5176\u6700\u65b0\u7684\u8bb8\u53ef\u8bc1\u72b6\u6001\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">VSD\u5ba1\u8ba1\u4e0e\u9274\u8bc1\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\u5df2\u88ab\u5217\u5165\u5b98\u65b9\u540d\u5355<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">VSD\u5ba1\u8ba1\u4e0e\u9274\u8bc1\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\u5728\u7a0e\u52a1\u603b\u5c40\uff08GDT\uff09\u5b98\u65b9\u540d\u5355\u4e2d\u6392\u5728\u7b2c236\u4f4d\u3002\u4ee5\u4e0b\u4fe1\u606f\u8f6c\u8f7d\u81ea\u8be5\u901a\u77e5\u7b2c11\u9875\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table \u65e5\u73b0\u884c\u5b98\u65b9\u540d\u5355\u4e2d\u7684\u7a0e\u52a1\u4ee3\u7406\u6267\u7167\u6301\u6709\u4eba\u3002\u4e0e\u4efb\u4f55\u5217\u540d\u4ee3\u7406\u4e00\u6837\uff0c\u4ecd\u5e94\u5728\u59d4\u4efb\u4e4b\u65e5\u6838\u5b9e\u5f53\u524d\u72b6\u6001\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/vsdkh.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/List-of-Authorized-Tax-Agents-in-Cambodia-2026.pdf\">\u8bf7\u70b9\u51fb\u6b64\u5904\u4e0b\u8f7d 2025 \u5e74\u6388\u6743\u7a0e\u52a1\u4ee3\u7406\u4eba\u540d\u5355\u3002.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u5b9e\u4f53\u5728\u59d4\u4efb\u7a0e\u52a1\u4ee3\u7406\u4e4b\u524d\u5e94\u5f53\u6838\u5b9e\u4ec0\u4e48\uff1f<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5728\u59d4\u4efb\u7a0e\u52a1\u4ee3\u7406\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u5b9e\u4f53\u5e94\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u5c06\u8be5\u670d\u52a1\u5546\u7684\u6cd5\u5b9a\u540d\u79f0\u3001\u7eb3\u7a0e\u4eba\u8bc6\u522b\u53f7\uff08TIN\uff09\u548c\u8bb8\u53ef\u8bc1\u53f7\u4e0eGDT\u5b98\u65b9\u540d\u5355\u8fdb\u884c\u6bd4\u5bf9\uff1b;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u4f7f\u7528GDT\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u4e8c\u7ef4\u7801\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u9a8c\u8bc1\u673a\u5236\u9a8c\u8bc1\u8bb8\u53ef\u8bc1\uff1b;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u786e\u8ba4\u8bb8\u53ef\u8bc1\u5728\u7b7e\u8ba2\u5408\u540c\u65f6\u4ecd\u7136\u6709\u6548\uff1b;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u660e\u786e\u8bb0\u5f55\u7a0e\u52a1\u4ee3\u7406\u4e1a\u52a1\u7684\u8303\u56f4\u4ee5\u53ca\u6388\u4e88\u4ee3\u7406\u4eba\u7684\u6743\u9650\uff1b<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u7ef4\u62a4\u5bf9\u7a0e\u52a1\u4fe1\u606f\u548c\u7533\u62a5\u6587\u4ef6\u7684\u5185\u90e8\u5ba1\u6838\u4e0e\u6279\u51c6\u3002.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u6838\u67e5\u5e94\u5728\u4e1a\u52a1\u627f\u63a5\u6216\u7b7e\u7ea6\u65e5\u8fdb\u884c\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u5e94\u4ec5\u4ec5\u4f9d\u8d56\u4e8e\u65e7\u7684\u8bb8\u53ef\u8bc1\u526f\u672c\u3001\u516c\u53f8\u7b80\u4ecb\u6216\u5ba3\u4f20\u6750\u6599\u3002\u8fd9\u4e00\u70b9\u5c24\u4e3a\u91cd\u8981\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u8be5\u300a\u90e8\u95e8\u89c4\u7ae0\u300b\u89c4\u5b9a\u4e86\u4e24\u5e74\u671f\u7684\u8bb8\u53ef\u8bc1\u671f\u9650\u4ee5\u53ca\u7eed\u671f\u3001\u6682\u505c\u3001\u64a4\u9500\u3001\u6ce8\u9500\u6216\u64a4\u56de\u7684\u673a\u5236\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u6e90\u6587\u6863<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. <\/strong>\u300a\u7a0e\u6cd5\u300b\uff0c\u6839\u636e2023\u5e745\u670816\u65e5\u7b2cNS\/RKM\/0523\/004\u53f7\u738b\u4ee4\u9881\u5e03\uff0c\u5982\u6240\u9644\u56fd\u5bb6\u7a0e\u52a1\u603b\u5c40\uff08GDT\uff09\u901a\u77e5\u4e2d\u6240\u5f15\u8ff0\u3002\u672c\u6587\u672a\u63d0\u4f9b\u8be5\u6cd5\u7684\u5168\u6587\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. <\/strong>\u7ecf\u6d4e\u548c\u8d22\u653f\u90e8\uff0c2022\u5e743\u670823\u65e5\u5173\u4e8e\u7a0e\u52a1\u670d\u52a1\u4ee3\u7406\u7684\u7b2c230\u53f7\u7ecf\u6d4e\u548c\u8d22\u653f\u90e8\u90e8\u957f\u90e8\u957f\u4ee4\uff08Prakas\uff09.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3.
